How to Overcome Failure - How I failed and became an architect.

April 10, 2020 Jon Imperial

Growing up, I shied away from opportunities because I was scared to fail. I lost on a lot of opportunities because of that.

Now that I'm older, I realized that failure is not a bad thing. It shows that I'm trying. It shows that I am persistent. It shows that I will do whatever it takes to get to where I want to be.

So if you are discourage and you are reading this, I want you to know that I am rooting for you. If you keep at it, it will be worth it. Just because you failed doesn't mean the hard work is lost. Just because you didn't pass doesn't mean the lessons are gone. By trying, you have created a higher platform that you can launch off of. Keep going! You can do it!

My path to becoming a licensed architect wasn't a straight path. I created this video to share that journey and hopefully I inspire some of you to keep going!

Let's have a discussion! Share in the comments below your moments of defeat and victory. I would love to encourage and be encouraged.
