OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES

Introduction

By participating in the Win Jon’s Paperlike Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), Contestants agree to be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules. Contestants acknowledge that the decisions of Jon Imperial are final and binding in all respects. 

Contractual Terms

  1. Parties. This Agreement is made between Jon Imperial. (“I”, “me”, “my”) and you, the person who has agreed to enter this giveaway (“you” and “your”).

  2. Term. The Giveaway will open August 12, 2020 at 7:00 AM AKDT (when we release the video) and close August 26, 2020 at 9:00PM AKDT. The winner will be announced on a future video. The following week after the deadline.

  3. Eligibility

    1. Contestants are eligible to enter the Giveaway if they are 18 years old and older.

    2. Contestants do not have to pay any money or purchase anything to become eligible to enter the Giveaway or win the prize.

    3. Neither Jon Imperial nor her immediate family members are eligible to enter the Giveaway.

  4. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning the Giveaway are subject to the number of Contestants who participate in the Giveaway. The winner will be drawn randomly using PickAWinner.co. 

  5. How To Enter. To enter the Giveaway you must do the following: 

    1. Like & Comment on this video where Jon announces the Giveaway and explain how the Paperlike screen protector would be in your iPad/Tablet use.

Giveaway Prize

  1. There is three (3) Paperlike screen protectors that will be won be three (3) different winners.

  2. The giveaway is approximately valued at $120.

  3. Winner will be announced on Jon’s Youtube Channel the latest at the first week of September (via Jon’s upcoming YouTube Video).

  4. If prize is not claimed by Sept. 13, 2020 (about one week after the winner was announced), there will be a redraw. 

Legal Stuff

  1. Jon Imperial is not responsible for incomplete, lost or late entries or faulty transmissions, technical computer hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or interrupted or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, misrouted, scrambled or delayed computer transmission, or other errors or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise, which may limit or affect in any way a Contestant’s ability to participate in this Giveaway. Jon Imperial reserves the exclusive right to determine if any entry is incomplete, late, lost or faulty. Jon Imperial is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the training or support given to Contestants, administration of this Giveaway or the announcement of the winner. 

  2. Jon Imperial reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate this Giveaway, for any reason, including if, in Jon Imperial’s sole opinion, technical failures, applicable laws or regulations, viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Jon Imperial’s control destroys the integrity of this Giveaway or otherwise corrupts or impairs the administration, security, legality, fairness or proper play of this Giveaway or any part thereof.

  3. Jon Imperial reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Giveaway, or to be acting in any manner Jon Imperial deems to be in violation of the Official Giveaway Rules or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. 

  4. Any attempt by a Contestant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Jon Imperial reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

  5. Contestants acknowledge that the payment of taxes/duties for prizes and bonuses are their sole responsibility. Jon Imperial will not be responsible for paying any of the taxes for prizes received by the winner. In addition to this, Jon Imperial will not be responsible for any damages or lost items in the shipping of the prizes. 

  6. Personal information gathered by Jon Imperial will be used for the purposes of administering this Giveaway, sharing exciting future marketing updates with you, contacting potential winners and as otherwise permitted or required by law as outlined by our Privacy Policy which can be found on our website.

  7. YouTube Policies

    a.) Your participation in and entry into this giveaway must be in compliance with YouTube’s own Community Guidelines. Entries which don’t comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines will be disqualified.

    b.) YouTube is not a sponsor of this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, you release YouTube from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.
